These terms apply when you use Front Desk AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

Early Access

The service is free during early access. Features may change while we improve it. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any paid plan applies to your account.

Your Business Information

Your receptionist answers from the details you provide. You are responsible for keeping prices, hours and policies accurate, and for checking bookings and callbacks in your dashboard.

Phone Numbers

Australian phone numbers require identity checks on your business, such as an ABN and address. Numbers remain the property of our carrier and are assigned to your account while it is active.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harassing calls, or for telemarketing that breaks Australian law.

Availability

We work hard to keep calls answered, but we can't guarantee the service will never be interrupted. Keep another way for urgent matters to reach you.

Ending Your Account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
